Cancellation & Refund Policy

1. Subscription Cancellations (Merchants)

Merchants can cancel their Veenus Shop™ Pro or Premium subscriptions at any time through the Veenus Shop™ app. Upon cancellation, your subscription will remain active until the end of the current billing cycle. No further charges will be made. We do not provide refunds or credits for partially used billing periods.

2. Refunds for Platform Fees

If you experience technical issues that prevent you from using the paid features of the platform, please contact support within 7 days of the charge. Refunds for platform fees are evaluated on a case-by-case basis and will be processed via Cashfree to the original payment method.

3. Merchant-Buyer Disputes

Veenus Shop™ provides the technology for merchants to sell to their buyers. Buyers seeking a refund for a product purchased from a Veenus Shop™ merchant must contact the merchant directly. The merchant's individual return/refund policies apply. Veenus Shop™ is not responsible for the quality, authenticity, or delivery of products sold by merchants.

4. Processing Time

Approved refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days. The refund will be credited to the original payment method used at the time of the transaction.
