Veenus Shop™ is a technology platform that enables fashion merchants to create digital storefronts, list products, and accept payments from their customers. Veenus Shop™ acts solely as a technology provider and marketplace facilitator.
As a merchant on Veenus Shop™, you are responsible for the accuracy of your product listings, pricing, and fulfilling orders placed by your customers. Veenus Shop™ is a technology provider and is not liable for disputes between merchants and their buyers.
All payments on Veenus Shop™ are processed securely through Cashfree Payments, an RBI-authorized payment aggregator. Veenus Shop™ does not store any payment card or banking information directly. Settlements are processed per Cashfree's standard settlement cycle.
Veenus Shop™ offers Starter (free), Pro, and Premium subscription tiers. Payments are processed securely via Cashfree. Subscription fees are billed in advance on a monthly basis.
All content, design, and technology of the Veenus Shop™ platform remain the intellectual property of Veenus Shop™. Merchants retain ownership of their product images and descriptions uploaded to the platform.
We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms or engage in fraudulent activities on the platform.
Veenus Shop™ shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of the platform. Our total liability shall not exceed the subscription fees paid by you in the preceding 12 months.
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Bengaluru, Karnataka.
